Billing and Shipping information

For Nangos to process your order, we are required to collect billing information. This information might sometimes be different from your user account information in that you wish to get billed on a different account information. This data is useful to help us bill and collect payments from the intended person. In order to ship and deliver our products to you, we also collect shipping information to help is in delivering to the right person

Information on Email Subscription

As our valued customer, we use your email address to send newsletters in email form regarding Nangos. We also use it for marketing purposes by promoting our products and sending you the emails for promotions and offers, nevertheless, we opt to you to unsubscribe should you feel you no longer want to receive our emails.

Information On Returns, Warranty and Refund Policy

Information On Validity:

Before we process your return or refund, the following are mandatory requirements.(privacy policy)

  1. Proof of purchase: You must provide proof by either providing the order number, or payments receipts e.tc.
  2. All returns must be validly justified.

We ONLY accept returns if the product/purchase is:

  1. New as you received it
  2. Complete. Ensure that all items, gifts, packaging etc. are all part of the return. Missing items will invalidate your return.
  3. Product/purchase must not be damaged or technically tampered with. If the item(s) is damaged or dead on delivery, kindly don’t accept the item.
  4. Sealed. Ensure that no seal(s) has been broken otherwise, the return is invalid.
  5. We do not accept returns on basis of feel and like e.g. you do not like the color or that you no longer need the product.
  6. If there is a mismatch of the item bought like color, the wrong package or if the specifications are different from what was listed on our platform

Information On Return Period

Our return period is within 7 working days from the time of delivery and ONLY IF they meet the above requirements. We do not accept returns beyond our specified time.

Information On Return Procedure

Kindly contact us on info@nangos.co.ke. You will receive a return form which you will need to download and fill. Include it together with your package and bring it to our office at Lonrho House first  Floor . After a successful quality check, we will process the return request.

Information On Warranty

Some products have WARRANTY as provided by the manufacturer. Most of the mobile phones, for example, are serviced by Calcare Service Center. Read carefully your warranty card or user manual where to claim your warranty. Some products do not have a local warrant and thus you might be required to pay a service fee to the service center depending on the level of service needed

Information On Service Center

Most brands as provided for by manufacture have local physical repair or service centers. Kindly read the user manual or warranty card of your product for further information. In case you are stuck on locating a service center, our support team will advise accordingly where to take your products for servicing.

Information On Refund

If you qualify for a refund on goods bought from us, we guarantee a refund within 2-3 business days after return process is successful and confirmed.
